To facilitate the transfer of your orders, an active account with the Contrail Webshop is essential, which can then be seamlessly integrated with the Contrail Desktop App.
Upon submission, our team will evaluate your request. Post-review, they will be added to your account. You will be notified via email once the transfer process has been successfully concluded.
Important: We can only transfer products which are listed on the Contrail Shop!
